The AWS Top 2000 (T2K) strategic account initiative Geo Execution Lead will be responsible for driving the successful execution and scale of the T2K initiative across Amazon's global geographic regions. This is a critical role that will serve as the central coordinating point between the worldwide (WW) T2K team and the local Geo teams, ensuring seamless coordination, communication, and optimization of resources to deliver on the goals of the T2K initiative.

The Geo Lead will work closely with the sales and GTM leaders, strategic account teams, and cross-functional teams to develop and oversee the deployment of tailored T2K strategies for each Geo. They will be adept at navigating Geo organizational complexities, identifying and resolving roadblocks, and driving alignment on Geo and WW priorities.

A key part of this role will be managing regular cadences with Geo leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure transparent communication, issue resolution, and alignment on the WW T2K strategy and execution. Strong program management skills, a customer-obsessed mindset, and the ability to influence without direct authority will be essential to success in this role.

Key job responsibilities
  • Serve as the central point of contact and subject matter expert on the T2K initiative for Geo GTM and sales leadership, account teams, and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with Geo GTM and sales leaders to create and execute localized T2K GTM plans, aligning on priorities, investments, and resource deployment.
  • Lead the preparation, coordination, alignment, and follow-up for Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), 2x2 documents, and other key initiative reviews by providing executive-level visibility and reporting on the Geo's T2K progress, risks, and any other recommended actions.
  • Monitor their Geo's T2K KPIs/metrics and identify areas requiring additional support or optimization.
  • Facilitate regular cadences with Geo teams and the WW T2K organization to inform strategy updates and best practice sharing.
  • Oversee the deployment and effective utilization of the T2K operating model components (e.g., Win Room, Fast Track Initiatives, Partner Motions) within each Geo.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination and issue resolution, ensuring seamless collaboration between Geo sales, industry, partnership, and enabling teams.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes, build mechanisms, improve efficiency, and scale the T2K initiative globally.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
