DESCRIPTION

We are looking to hire a talented and committed Full Lifecycle Recruiter for our AUTA Recruiting team to play a critical role in managing Amazon\’s growth and additional hiring requirements. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical, organization, prioritization, and communication skills as well as attention to detail. They will work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, have the ability to shift gears at a moment\’s notice, and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for hiring graduates (attraction, selection processes, onboarding).
- Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment of talent that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.
- Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process.
- Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification and Amazon\’s Leadership Principles.
- Responsible for developing strong working relationships with all key hiring managers.
- Create innovative plans to attract qualified candidates for open roles.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor\’s degree, or 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in English or a second European language preferred.
- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Strong HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking & self-initiative.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a campus recruitment environment.
- Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring.
- Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
