The EA to the SVP, Head of IR is a critical and highly important role, who will be an ambassador and close partner to SVP IR. The successful candidate will need high EQ and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of building strong relationships.
The role will include:
- Providing high-level administrative support, ensuring the efficient operation of the SVP IR.
- Coordinating schedules, and facilitating the smooth execution of both day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives.
- Acting as a key liaison between the SVP and internal/external stakeholders, promoting effective communication.
In this role you will...
- Manage and maintain calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and book travel arrangements for SVP IR.
- Handle, sort and prioritize incoming emails, prepare folders with meeting pre-reads.
- Coordinate team meeting organization, arrange venue and logistics.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of roadshows and other shareholder events as required.
- Oversee and coordinate administrative tasks, such as expense reports, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Liaise with other administrative staff and departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments and teams.
- Help with ad hoc activities such as document formatting as required.
- Draft professional emails on behalf of the SVP, IR.
- Welcome and pick up investors and other visitors to GSK house, offer them refreshments etc.
- Cover CFO EA when CFO's EA is on holiday.

- Proven experience as an EA or in a similar administrative role.
