We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the SVP, Chief Operating Officer of UK&I and their VPs at Salesforce, contributing to the growth of our company and the success of senior leaders operating at global scale. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside individuals united by a strong sense of teamwork, service, and excellence, partnering directly with VPs. Your impact will span teams, customers, and cross‑functional initiatives. Responsibilities
- Manage the day‑to‑day schedule of 3 VPs, ensuring they meet their obligations in an organised, efficient way.
- Proactively balance priorities across customer meetings, internal reviews, release cycles, fiscal calendars, and Dreamforce.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings at the VP level, including team meetings, all‑hands, off‑sites, and customer engagements.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and senior executives across the organisation.
- Book appropriate domestic and international travel in accordance with Salesforce travel policy, managing visas, costs, and documentation with accuracy and foresight.
- Support business operations including event planning (QBRs, all‑hands, off‑sites), food orders, luncheon planning, and other business‑related logistics.
- Perform additional administrative and project duties as requested.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting senior leaders (VP level or above) in a global software or technology organisation.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and process execution, with strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interface confidently with senior executives and external partners.
- Proficiency in virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Webex, Google Meet) and Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Drive).
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, exercise discretion with confidential information, and work collaboratively within large administrative teams.
- Experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder calendars and travel for C‑suite executives in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Slack, Salesforce, Google Suite, and Tableau is a plus.
- Strong project coordination skills at intermediate complexity, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines under pressure.
- Customer‑centric orientation with agility and flexibility in response to shifting priorities and organisational needs.
