At WPS, we’re looking for a highly professional and proactive Executive Assistant to provide first-class support to our Managing Director.
This is an exciting opportunity to become a trusted partner to a key business leader, supporting strategic priorities, board activities and business-critical projects.
No two days are the same in this role, making it perfect for someone who loves variety, takes pride in delivering excellence, and enjoys building strong relationships across a dynamic organisation.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a complex and demanding diary, coordinating meetings, travel and events
- Organising business and personal travel arrangements, ensuring seamless planning and execution
- Preparing meeting packs, agendas, presentations and briefing documents
- Attending meetings, producing accurate minutes and tracking actions through to completion
- Drafting, proofreading and managing correspondence, reports and business documentation
- Proactively monitoring commitments, deadlines and key business priorities
- Working closely with board members and senior stakeholders to provide exceptional support
- Producing reports, research and information to support decision-making
- Maintaining efficient electronic and paper filing systems
- Supporting with financial administration and record keeping where required
- Leading and delivering specific projects from initiation through to completion
- Continuously improving processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role supporting senior leadership
- Outstanding organisational and planning skills
- The ability to prioritise effectively in a busy and demanding environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The confidence to work with senior stakeholders and board-level colleagues
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise
- High levels of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Strong project coordination and follow-through capabilities
