Role Overview: Responsible for overseeing and managing advanced audience creation, assessing programme effectiveness, reviewing adoption consistency, spreading best practices and new capabilities, and maintaining the audience and insight development roadmap. This hands-on role involves working directly with data and analytics, collaborating across various organizational parts, and coaching and mentoring others with extended partnerships across disciplines and markets. You will be part of a team of audience insights specialists dedicated to understanding audience behavior and preferences. As experts in consumer data, analysis, and MarTech, we gather valuable insights to help clients make informed decisions and develop effective marketing strategies using Omnicom's proprietary platform, Omni. Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate leadership by researching and understanding client business issues
- Manage global audience creation with local market execution for selection, modeling, and activation
- Develop and activate custom audiences, including testing and troubleshooting
- Oversee programme management and data governance
- Curate insights to support audience development and validate targeting strategies
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve programme effectiveness and promote cross-market best practices
- Collaborate with biddable partners for audience creation and optimization
- Conduct data exploration, test design, and validation
- Prioritize and manage cross-portfolio global audience requests
- Mentor and develop team members
Skills and Experience:
- Experience with marketing/media data sources and technologies like syndicated research (e.g., ComScore, TGI, GWI)
- Expertise in advertising technology and data solutions
- Advanced data analysis, marketing strategy, and insight generation skills
- Knowledge of marketing analytics, data platforms, and data solutions
- Familiarity with modeling techniques such as predictive modeling, MMM, clustering, and segmentation
- Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into compelling stories
- Coding skills (SQL, Python, R) are a plus; experience with A/B testing and campaign analytics is preferred
- Ability to translate complex data analytics into understandable insights for marketers
- Excellent communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills
