Job Type: 12 month fixed-term contract, full time 40 hours per week

Location: United Kingdom (virtual, work from home in the UK at your registered home address)

Pay Rate: ÂŁ14.05 per hour + ÂŁ1 per hour language premium

What will you do as a Customer Service Associate?

  • You will be the first point of contact for our customers based in Sweden by answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email – covering order and product questions, payment matters, and website guidance.
  • You will use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.

Hours

This role requires variable hours to match when customers need us most. You will work day shifts and late evenings. Your work week is a minimum of 40 hours (5 Ă— 8 hours). Shifts run from 6 am to 8 pm, Monday to Sunday, and may include national holidays and Sundays. Schedules will be known 6 weeks in advance. You may be required to work rotating shifts (early, late, weekend, and overtime as required).

Qualifications

  • Minimum age: 18 years old
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English (both written and oral fluency)
  • Experience working with a computer
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 6am–8pm
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (early, late, weekend, overtime)
  • Initial eight/nine weeks availability for full‑time training (paid)
  • Quiet, distraction‑free work space (dedicated office space with desk and chair)
  • Minimum 50 Mbps broadband using a hard‑wire Ethernet connection (no Wi‑Fi). Amazon will provide a complete equipment package before the first day of training.
