Join an exceptional team at Cranfield Conference Centre Ltd! We are looking for a genuine person with warmth and enthusiasm, who will bring a positive can-do attitude to work every day. A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service is essential, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Ensure that all guests are cared for in a professional and welcoming manner and receive an exceptional level of customer service.
- Attend table service as required.
- Prepare all food service stations for service, replenish all condiments and cutlery and ensure all seating areas are set up to the correct standard.
- Ensure that all food service areas are maintained in a clean, tidy and hygienic condition, including floors, tables and service trolleys.
- Opportunity to gain knowledge & experience working in bar service operations.
- Follow all Food Handling and Hygiene guideline regulations at all times.
- Carry out any other reasonable task as requested by a member of the management team.
Working hours are between 06.30 and 23.00, Monday to Sunday. Number of shifts will vary per week. Shifts are available on an as and when required basis as per business needs. Uniform (excluding footwear) and meals on duty are provided. In-house training provided. You must be eligible to work in the UK.
