The Opportunity

We're looking for a People Services Advisor to support employees and managers across the employee lifecycle. You'll provide expert advice on People policies and processes, manage a range of employee queries and lifecycle activities, and help deliver a consistent, positive employee experience while supporting continuous improvement within the People function.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Provide advice and support to employees and managers on People-related queries.
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities, including contractual changes, leave requests, and visa-related processes.
  • Handle complex cases, ensuring policies are applied consistently and compliantly.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support audit and compliance activities.
  • Collaborate with People, Payroll, and business teams to deliver an excellent service.
  • Contribute to process improvements and People projects.
