Salary: £28,860 per annum + up to 10% annual bonus & benefits package. Covering Marylebone – Initial office‑based role which may develop into hybrid working.

What you will be doing?

  • Welcoming & greeting service users on arrival; both face‑to‑face or via telephone/video call
  • Managing daily appointment sessions
  • Carrying out reminder calls to customers for appointments
  • Monitoring session progress and backfilling appointments where necessary
  • Working collaboratively with other assessment centres (including team members, team leaders & health‑care practitioners)

To be successful you require:

  • Strong IT literacy – working knowledge of CRMs
  • Experience working with vulnerable or challenging people; utilizing strong interpersonal skills to support individuals with ever‑changing complex needs
  • Exposure to dealing with multiple people, having difficult conversations, and providing tailored solutions relating to people with lived experience; successful candidates must be non‑judgmental, open‑minded and honest when dealing with service users
