Your Role:

The Channel Activation & Effectiveness Marketer role supports the day‑to‑day execution and smooth running of paid media activity across DCAT (Digital Channel Activation Team). This role focuses on keeping campaigns, processes, and teams organized, aligned, and operating efficiently.

The role acts as a key operational support for the DCAT team, helping connect channel specialists, agencies, analytics, and marketing partners. It blends hands‑on project coordination with process support to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, workflows are followed, and reporting and testing efforts stay on track.

What you will be doing:

Support day‑to‑day paid media operations

  • Help keep DCAT workflows running smoothly by tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables across campaigns and projects.
  • Maintain status tracking and documentation by owning and maintaining centralized status sheets to track workload, priorities, and project progress, including sending reminders to teams to keep information up to date.

Coordinate with channel specialists on key deadlines

  • Partner with channel leads (search, social, native/programmatic, ABM, partnerships, etc.) to ensure readiness for RTBs, reporting decks, test‑and‑learn updates, and ongoing campaign deliverables.
  • Manage recurring reporting timelines: support monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting cadences by gathering inputs, tracking deadlines, and confirming data availability from agencies and partners.

Support process documentation and updates

  • Help update and maintain DCAT roles & responsibilities, workflows (e.g. content and assets, etc.), and operating processes (e.g., UTMs, floodlights, measurement frameworks, etc.).
  • Organize reporting decks, dashboards, and historical performance files for easy reference across campaigns and quarters.

Assist with operational improvements

  • Identify opportunities to improve ways of working, streamline processes, and reduce friction in campaign execution and cross‑team collaboration.

Own centralized testing and learning trackers

  • Manage test‑and‑learn agendas and results in a single repository to support visibility, accountability, and knowledge sharing.

Coordinate cross‑team meetings and connections

  • Serve as a centralized contact to help identify who should be involved in meetings, status calls, RTBs, and partner touchpoints across internal teams and external vendors.

Act as a day‑to‑day point of contact with agency partners

  • Coordinate routine communications with agencies, including reporting questions, presentation feedback, setting up meetings and follow‑ups, informed by channel specialists.

Support senior team visibility

  • Prepare status summaries or trackers that give leadership quick visibility into what's running, what's upcoming (i.e. DCAT newsletter).

What you will bring:

  • Organizational and project coordination skills, with experience working across multiple partners or teams and in a global environment.
  • Experience working across digital channels, including social media, search, native/programmatic, partnerships (local and partnerships) and ABM.
  • Broad understanding of multi‑channel digital marketing and campaign execution.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Aprimo, Asana or similar).
  • Experience with analytics or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and comfort interpreting dashboards.
  • Interest in using AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to support efficiency and learning.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications, or equivalent field experience.
  • Curious with an interest in digital marketing strategies, best practices, and the competitive landscape.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent projects that deliver value in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Positive interpersonal skills that quickly enable strong relationships with key business partners.
  • Communication and presentation skills in English, both oral and written (additional European languages a plus).
  • Generous with knowledge & time and to educate the business on subject matter expert topics as required.
  • Entrepreneurial self‑starter that manages to get stuff done with attention to detail.
