About the role
Customers visit our café for various reasons. Whether it\’s a hearty breakfast or a quick coffee, we\’re here to provide excellent service. As a member of our Front of House team, your role is vital in ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
With your dedication to service and understanding of health and safety standards, you\’ll help make each day better. Your responsibilities include serving food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and staying informed about our menu and initiatives. Please note: Applicants must be 18 or over.
Responsibilities
- Serve customers efficiently and with care.
- Resolve customer complaints and inform the Café Manager.
- Follow FIFO stock rotation to maintain food freshness.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, keeping records.
- Accept deliveries and store food safely.
- Follow operational policies and procedures.
- Clear and sanitise tables to keep the café clean.
- Ensure food standards and availability.
- Stay updated with business communications and initiatives.
- Know the menu inside out and serve food correctly.
- Prepare hot and cold drinks for customers.
