About The Role

Group Commercial Services are recruiting for a Business Insight Support Executive on a full time permanent basis.

This role will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and presenting data insights, generating reports, and creating impactful PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings about our Learning & Development offering effectively to stakeholders within Volkswagen Group.

The ideal candidate will be able to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that our organisation achieves its strategic objectives.

What you could be doing:

  • Collecting, interpreting, and analysing learning and development data to identify trends and insights that support our business decision-making.
  • Create detailed and accurate reports using tools such as Excel and Power BI.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations to communicate complex data insights in a clear and visually engaging manner, ensuring that presentations are tailored to different audiences where required.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Technical, Commercial and Investor teams, to understand business insight needs, gathering requirements and briefing into data and insights teams within the supplier contract as appropriate.
  • Support the implementation of new reporting, processes and systems, ensuring minimal disruption to existing workflows.
  • Lead the governance for National Learning Centre\’s data and insights delivery, including monitoring of the supplier teams responsible for delivering reporting.

Skills & experience you can bring to the role:

  • Prior experience in an analytical role.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and experience with data analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to design professional and impactful presentations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management experience.
