We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager at Victim Support, an independent charity that supports people affected by crime and traumatic events across England and Wales. This home‑based role (with some national travel and overnight stays) is full‑time, permanent, and involves working with internal stakeholders and partners to develop and submit tenders and proposals, translating organisational data into cohesive and compelling submissions that address commissioner and funder requirements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead on the development and submission of tenders and proposals.
