XPS Group in Bristol is seeking a Senior Pensions Administrator to join our hybrid-enabled team.

You will train and coach colleagues, check work, meet deadlines, and calculate and pay scheme benefits in line with the Rules and current legislation.

You will handle member enquiries, maintain records, apply benefit structures, liaise with clients, the scheme actuary, and third parties, and ensure compliance with ISO and AAF accreditations while supporting the Administration team to meet targets.
