About the role
This role is not eligible for internal transfers. As a Brand Sponsored Partner, you will be inspired and empowered to seek out opportunities to achieve the right outcomes for our customers. You will work with colleagues, the Brand, and the Team Manager to generate sales and enhance the customer experience. Your responsibilities include providing excellent service, maintaining shop standards through displays, stock availability, and cleanliness. Understanding customer needs will help you build loyalty and promote our brand for a lifetime.
Key Responsibilities Your role will be varied, but typical duties include:
- Delivering excellent and market-leading customer experiences.
- Proactively acknowledging customers, identifying their needs, and ensuring these are met, while resolving queries or complaints.
- Engaging customers with the John Lewis brand and the Brand you support through personalised and social marketing.
- Monitoring sales performance and best sellers to support promotions and seasonal changes.
- Supporting marketing events to increase footfall and attract new customers.
- Offering ideas for continuous improvement to maximise productivity.
