About the role:
This is a 7‑day operation; shift patterns may include weekend working. You will be a local delivery driver, driving locally and building relationships with regular customers. Our drivers are the beating heart of our business and you play a vital role in ensuring customers receive their deliveries on time with excellent service.
You will be responsible for keeping our customers’ shelves stocked by loading and unloading stock at the branch and at customer premises, and ensuring accurate completion of all paperwork.
Requirements:
- Cat B / 3.5 T licence.
- Previous experience of driving (at least two years).
- Previous experience of delivery driving is preferred.
- Ability to carry out manual deliveries.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive customer‑service attitude.
- Good level of literacy and numeracy.
