Responsibilities
- Motivate and manage a team in a fast‑paced high‑street retail environment.
- Lead staff to meet sales targets, maintain store presentation, manage inventory, reduce shrinkage and deliver excellent customer service.
- Support the management team with day‑to‑day store operations, driving sales and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast‑paced high‑street retailer (preferred)
- Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators including sales, profit and service
- The ability to help others develop and improve their skills
- Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided; not essential)
