We are looking to recruit a proactive and experienced Associate Manager to join our flagship Kensington Lettings office, located on Church Street. This role presents a unique opportunity to manage and grow the core Kensington Lettings market while working with some of London's most prestigious properties and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Generation & Fee Income: Secure high-quality instructions and consistently achieve business targets. Proactively seek new business opportunities and maintain a high local profile. Manage outstanding client monies efficiently and with accountability.
- Client Care: Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing outstanding communication and service throughout the lettings process. Stay responsive and adaptable to changes in the local market, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Professional Standards: Uphold Knight Frank's high professional standards and ensure compliance with all administrative procedures. Demonstrate comprehensive market knowledge and maintain awareness of local competition. Accurately research market information and present findings in a polished, professional manner.
