What you’ll bring to the role:
- Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast‑paced high street retailer (preferred)
- Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators, including sales, profit and service
- Ability to help others develop and improve their skills
- Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential)
