About The Role

Knight Frank is seeking a Product Business Analyst to join their Head Office in Baker Street. This role will support the agile development of our global property search product by assisting the Product Manager in aligning strategies with the product backlog on a 9 month FTC.

Knight Frank is looking for a Product Associate who will play a vital role in ensuring our global websites consistently meet business goals and exceed customer expectations. You will be passionate about digital product, confident working with both technical and non-technical teams, and deeply committed to delivering value through customer centred, effective and data-informed digital experiences.

Working collaboratively with colleagues across content, UX/UI, product and/or software teams, you'll help to drive the performance and governance of our property search product; assist with developing the product roadmap/backlog, support product releases, carry out quality assurance, analyse data, develop product knowledge, communicate with stakeholders, customer feedback integration. You will bring a proactive, collaborative approach and a strong understanding of product management best practice to deliver a premium, client-first experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help to define product specifications, feature roadmap and detailed user stories, working closely with software engineers to ensure the right functionality.
  • Support new product and feature releases including launch campaigns.
  • Test the new product features for quality assurance purposes.
  • Work with the UX team to support industry and customer research, gather insights and understand market trends.
  • Analyse data including web analytics and customer feedback to identify potential pain points and improvements.
  • Develop in depth knowledge of the internal systems and processes that support the product performance and liaise across teams to drive performance improvements.
  • Communicate with various stakeholders to ensure everyone is engaged and aligned on product goals.
  • Work closely with the Product Manager to support their efforts and contribute to the product development.
  • Help prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs, business value and technology constraints.

Experience Required:

The ideal candidate will have experience of:

  • Collaborating across cross functional agile digital teams; UX/UI, content, software teams to deliver high-quality features.
  • Using data to inform decisions - with a strong understanding of digital tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Championing SEO, accessibility, and brand consistency in all aspects of product delivery.
  • Identifying opportunities for digital improvement, optimization, and user-journey enhancement.
  • Managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, including content updates, stakeholder requests, and platform support.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the capability to:

  • Communicate clearly and confidently - both written and verbal - with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Prioritise and organise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyse data and identify trends.
  • Work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams to drive shared outcomes.
  • Balance multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Support the education and engagement of the property search product across the Knight Frank global business.
