Your new role offers an exciting opportunity for a Quality Manager to join the team. The Quality Manager will be an integral member of the Senior Management team, contributing to the successful performance of the business and planning the development and growth of their department. You will lead the Quality Assurance Department to ensure continued registration and compliance with ISO9001 and ISO14001. Responsibilities include maintaining relevant policies and procedures relating to the business management system, ensuring that quality standards are communicated effectively, and delivering appropriate training to employees throughout the organisation while rigorously maintaining quality standards. You will develop and maintain effective control information, monitor all sections closely, and institute early effective corrective/preventive actions where performance or costs are not to the required standards. Establishing, maintaining, and developing a close working relationship with effective two-way communications with all internal stakeholders and customers is essential.

What you will need to succeed: Ideally, you will have a degree, a minimum of 5 years' experience working in a similar role, and previous experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 9001. A manufacturing or engineering background is suitable for this position, along with good communication skills.
