We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Manager to join our team! The Quality Manager will be an integral member of the Senior Management team, contributing to the successful performance of the business and planning the successful development and growth of their department and the business. You will lead the Quality Assurance Department to ensure continued registration & compliance to ISO9001 and ISO14001. Maintain relevant policies and procedures relating to the business management system and ensure that quality standards are communicated effectively, and appropriate training is delivered to employees throughout the organisation whilst rigorously maintaining quality standards. You will develop and maintain effective control information; monitor all sections closely and institute early effective corrective/preventive actions where performance/costs are not to the required standards. Establish, maintain and develop a close working relationship with effective two-way communications with all internal stakeholders & customers.
4 day week - Mon - Thurs
What you'll need to succeed:
- Ideally you will have a degree, a minimum of 5 years' experience working in a similar role and previous experience of ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
- Manufacturing/engineering background suitable for this position.
- You will also have good communication skills.
