Your new company is a well-established SME manufacturing business based in East Lancashire seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to support its growing quality function. The organisation operates in a regulated manufacturing environment and supplies engineered products to a range of industrial and commercial customers.
Your new role involves working closely with the Quality Manager and wider engineering and production teams to support day-to-day quality assurance activities across the business. Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Assisting with internal audits and contributing to corrective and preventive actions
