Your new company & role:

You will be joining a well-known and respected agricultural feed manufacturing business who are seeking a Process Operator to join them due to their ever-increasing workload. The process operator will be responsible for a range of tasks across the site including machine operation, loading/unloading, blending and pressing, packing and more. The process operator will continually work on key QSHE processes and protocols.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Intake of product following inspection, testing and control.
  • Machine operation including manual, blending and pressing machinery.
  • Packing and loading.
  • Carry out machinery maintenance.
  • Log all duties and tasks.
  • Management of stock.

This is just a summed-up list, and other duties will be required.

Skills & Experience required:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing/engineering environment.
  • Health & safety knowledge.
  • Manual machinery operation experience.
  • Good hand-eye co-ordination.
  • Knowledge of plant processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
