Your new company Your new role You\’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of critical manufacturing equipment and services. Responsibilities include: Conducting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on production machinery Supporting installation and commissioning of new equipment Diagnosing and resolving breakdown issues promptly to minimise downtime Maintaining compliance with health, safety and environmental standards Liaising with engineering and operations teams to ensure optimum service delivery What you\’ll need to succeed Proven background in mechanical or electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ Level 3, HNC or equivalent) Strong fault-finding skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving Excellent communication and organisational abilities Knowledge of Lean principles or continuous improvement methodologies is desirable.
