Your new company

We have a great opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer for a growing business near Diss (Norfolk) working Monday to Friday, late shift 2pm until 10.30pm with an earlier finish on Friday.

Your new role

Working with an experienced engineering team, you will carry out all aspects of plant maintenance to a planned schedule, reacting to any breakdowns and escalating where necessary. An essential aspect of the role is the initiative to drive continuous improvement, reviewing current methodology and opportunities to improve efficiency, safety, quality and performance.

What you'll need to succeed

  • You will have completed an apprenticeship in both mechanical and electrical fields and be at minimum 18th Edition certified.
  • As an experienced engineer, you will have an excellent understanding of working with strict safety protocols.
  • You will have good knowledge of Star Delta, PLCs and have an understanding of safe isolation process.

What you'll get in return

Working hours

42 hours per week. Monday to Thursday 2.00pm to 10.30pm and Friday 2.00pm to 10.00pm.
