Your new company is an established FMCG manufacturer seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead the delivery of capital and continuous improvement projects across two manufacturing sites in the North West, located close to Deeside and Wigan. This is a key role within the engineering function, offering exposure to a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment with significant ongoing investment.
You will be a proven Engineering Project Manager with experience in a high-volume manufacturing or FMCG environment. Ideally, you will have:
- A background in mechanical, electrical or controls engineering
- Demonstrable experience managing capital projects in FMCG or similar regulated manufacturing environments
- Strong project management capability (formal PM qualifications advantageous but not essential)
- Experience working across multiple sites or complex stakeholder environments
- A hands-on, pragmatic approach with strong communication and leadership skills
