Your new role
As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining, repairing, and commissioning bag sealing machines at customer sites across the UK and internationally. You'll respond to breakdowns, carry out installations, and perform routine service visits, ensuring machines operate at peak performance. Beyond technical support, you'll act as an ambassador for the brand, promoting equipment and consumables, seeking customer feedback, and identifying opportunities for upselling and growth. Collaboration with the engineering support team and adherence to health, safety, and quality standards will be central to your success.
What you'll need to succeed
