What You'll Be Doing
- Designing mechanical components and assemblies
- Creating 3D CAD models and engineering drawings
- Supporting prototype builds and working closely with technicians and suppliers
- Assisting with test planning, debugging, and analysing results
- Troubleshooting design issues and improving product performance
- Working with customers to understand requirements and support design changes
- Collaborating with senior engineers, production teams, and suppliers
- Learning quickly and applying new skills in hydraulics, testing tools, and engineering software
What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Experience with 3D CAD (Creo ideal, but any major CAD package considered)
- Understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
