What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing mechanical components and assemblies
  • Creating 3D CAD models and engineering drawings
  • Supporting prototype builds and working closely with technicians and suppliers
  • Assisting with test planning, debugging, and analysing results
  • Troubleshooting design issues and improving product performance
  • Working with customers to understand requirements and support design changes
  • Collaborating with senior engineers, production teams, and suppliers
  • Learning quickly and applying new skills in hydraulics, testing tools, and engineering software

What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
  • Experience with 3D CAD (Creo ideal, but any major CAD package considered)
  • Understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
