We are currently looking for a passionate PPM Engineer to join our Engineering team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. Responsibilities
- Carry out all routine maintenance of Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment installed in guest rooms. This includes but is not limited to cleaning/exchanging of filter media, cleaning evaporation coils, cleaning of fans and lubrication of motor bearings, changing of motors where necessary.
- Identify and report/repair any other defects spotted whilst on duty.
- To carry out any maintenance in the domestic water, waste water systems.
- Maintain records of all Plant Preventative Maintenance (PPM) work and Performance tests carried in all guest rooms.
- Take ownership in keeping all working areas safe and tidy in order to create a safe working environment.
- Maintain a positive attitude towards the job at all times.
- Record and maintain own stock of necessary spares so that down time is kept to the absolute minimum.
You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
