We are an established, specialist manufacturer with over 30 years experience producing high-value, precision-engineered sporting firearms. All products are designed in-house and manufactured to exceptionally high standards. We are looking for a skilled CNC Machinist / Toolmaker to join our team, working in a modern, well-equipped environment on low-volume, high-precision components.

The role:

  • Machining complex parts to extremely tight tolerances
  • Working on small batches and one-off components
  • Setting and operating CNC milling and/or turning centres
  • Supporting continuous improvement in quality and processes

Our workshop:

  • Excellent working environment
  • Modern CNC machines including 5-axis Mikron, 5-axis Index, Mazak and Mori Seiki
  • Clean, organised, high-spec facility focused on quality, not volume

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in precision machining or toolmaking
  • Ability to work to micron-level tolerances
  • A strong eye for detail and pride in high-quality work
  • Background in aerospace, motorsport, medical or similar precision industries beneficial

What we offer:

  • £35,000 - £50,000 depending on experience and capability
  • 38-hour week: Monday-Thursday 8:00-16:30, Friday 8:00-14:30
  • Optional overtime available
  • No high-volume production work
  • Ongoing training and upskilling, including CAD/CAM and 5-axis machining
  • Opportunity to develop traditional craft skills alongside modern CNC machining
