Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre- and post-inspections of occupied and vacant rooms and properties to assess the scope of internal and external painting and decorating works required.
  • Identify decoration requirements and carry out the most cost-effective and efficient preparation, repair, and application of decorative finishes.
  • Complete a wide range of internal and external painting and redecoration tasks to a high standard, ensuring a durable and professional finish in both occupied and vacant properties.
  • Prepare surfaces and apply paints, stains, lacquers, enamels, varnishes, metal coatings, fire-retardant products and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment in line with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Work flexibly across multiple properties and locations in line with business needs and operational requirements.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week on a shift rota.
