Air Conditioning Engineer required for our client, a well-known, reputable, and award-winning HVAC contractor based in Shaftesbury. They operate across the South Coast, primarily the south central area, providing 24/7 emergency services, planned preventative maintenance, system design, and installation works. They are currently looking to expand their air conditioning maintenance and repairs team due to recent contract wins.
Air Conditioning Engineer Duties:
- Carry out service, maintenance, and fault-finding on AC systems including splits, VRV's, and VRF's.
- Complete system upgrades and energy efficiency improvements.
- Commission and test new installations.
- Diagnose faults and provide effective technical solutions.
- Deliver a professional, customer-focused service in commercial properties and occasionally domestic sites.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with current regulations.
- Maintain accurate job records and communicate clearly with the office team.
Air Conditioning Engineer Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Air Conditioning.
- F-Gas 2079.
- 2+ years experience working as an Air Conditioning Engineer.
- Based in Wiltshire, Dorset, Somerset, or Hampshire.
- Full UK Driving License.
Air Conditioning Engineer Remuneration:
- Salary £45,000 - £55,000.
- Company van, including personal use.
- Overtime available.
- Working hours Mon - Fri, 8:00 - 17:00 (40 hours per week).
- 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays.
- Sick pay after completion of probation.
