Heat Pump Technical Engineer Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Manager with technical customer quotations for heat pump and renewable energy projects
  • Review and price incoming tenders for the Sales Manager to quote
  • Carry out heat loss calculations from plans and technical drawings
  • Assist with basic solar PV set-ups for quotation purposes
  • Carry out final site surveys and technical assessments for renewable energy installations
  • Support the Project Manager by responding to engineer and installer queries
  • Provide technical solutions to installation challenges and project queries
  • Audit completed jobs to ensure installations are delivered in line with company standards and industry regulations
  • Ensure all technical documentation is accurate and maintained correctly
  • Liaise with customers, installers, engineers, and internal teams to support smooth project execution
