Heat Pump Technical Engineer Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Manager with technical customer quotations for heat pump and renewable energy projects
- Review and price incoming tenders for the Sales Manager to quote
- Carry out heat loss calculations from plans and technical drawings
- Assist with basic solar PV set-ups for quotation purposes
- Carry out final site surveys and technical assessments for renewable energy installations
- Support the Project Manager by responding to engineer and installer queries
- Provide technical solutions to installation challenges and project queries
- Audit completed jobs to ensure installations are delivered in line with company standards and industry regulations
- Ensure all technical documentation is accurate and maintained correctly
- Liaise with customers, installers, engineers, and internal teams to support smooth project execution
