Our Client requires a Commercial Gas Engineer. They are a well-known Commercial Heating Contractor that specialise in industrial and commercial gas, mechanical, and electrical services, offering a full suite of plant room re-fit, service, and repair works. The Commercial Gas Engineer will travel throughout the Yorkshire regions covering areas such as Leeds, Sheffield, York, Huddersfield, and Doncaster, attending commercial breakdown, repair and service work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, repair, and maintain gas appliances and systems in commercial properties such as supermarkets, offices, hotels, apartment blocks, care homes, hospitals, and universities.
- Identify and diagnose problems with gas appliances and systems.
- Replace or repair gas appliances and systems as needed.
- Perform regular maintenance on gas appliances and systems to ensure they are operating safely and efficiently.
- Assist with installation projects.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in plumbing and heating.
- ACS Commercial Gas Tickets.
- Based in the Yorkshire area.
- Full UK Driving License.
Remuneration:
- Salary £42,500 - £47,500.
- Travel pay after 15 mins.
- Overtime available.
- Sick Pay.
- Call out 1 in 7/8 (£180 for standby).
