Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Collect materials from and return materials to the designed storage areas
- Support the Lead Teacher in preparing supplies at the beginning of a program
- Encourage student involvement by ensuring students begin warm‑up activities and assisting students on an individual basis
- Practice excellence in teaching when offering Engineering For Kids programs
- Ensure classes operate smoothly by conducting tasks such as observing and recording data during student tests, managing supplies during class, and assisting in demonstrations
- Provide appropriate instruction that considers the unique abilities of every student
- Constantly strive to improve instruction through reflection and evaluation
- Demonstrate initiative by seeking additional Engineering For Kids training and further education
Primary Duties
- Support Engineering For Kids classes in a professional manner
- Be courteous and approachable to students, parents, and staff
- Follow policies of the franchise location which may include, but are not limited to, safety procedures and dress code
