We are seeking experienced Process Pipefitter Welders with a background in stainless steel fabrication and process installation within the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. The ideal candidate will be time-served, with the ability to work independently and use their initiative with minimal supervision. Specifically, your key responsibilities will include: * Fabrication, welding, and installation of pipework in the process industry * Primarily using TIG purge welding to deliver high-quality installations * Installing hygienic pipework, steam and condensate systems. * Carry out mechanical fitting, assembly, and maintenance tasks * Independently survey, measure, and plan pipework routes accurately * Perform fabrication tasks in the workshop and on-site, ensuring excellent quality and efficiency * Assist in generating bills of materials, preparing RAMS, and purchase requisitions as needed About you * Completion of a recognised qualification or time-served apprenticeship in a relevant trade. * Proven experience in stainless steel fabrication and process installations. * Significant experience in welding and fabrication, including pipework and bracketry * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and P&ID’S * Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently. * Sound understanding of Health and Safety regulations and best practices.
