We’re looking for a Development Technologist to join our dynamic Research & Product Development client in Nottinghamshire. The Role * Lead and support R&D projects from concept through to product launch * Identify new technologies and innovation opportunities aligned with our strategy * Ensure compliance with industry standards (AS 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) * Present research findings to both technical and non-technical audiences * Collaborate across departments to meet R&D and product development goals * Provide expert technical support internally and to external partners The Candidate: * Eligibility to work in the UK, no sponsorship will be available. * Degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline * Proven experience developing resin formulations for prepreg applications * Familiarity with analytical techniques used in resin development * Strong project management and presentation skills * Proficient with Microsoft Office tools * Industry experience in a similar role preferred To discuss this opportunity please contact our Head of Permanent Recruitment Richard Nield on (phone number removed) or email your CV
