Ready to shape the future of advanced materials? We’re looking for a Development Technologist to join our dynamic Research & Product Development client in Nottinghamshire. The Role

  • Lead and support R&D projects from concept through to product launch
  • Identify new technologies and innovation opportunities aligned with our strategy
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (AS 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
  • Present research findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Collaborate across departments to meet R&D and product development goals
  • Provide expert technical support internally and to external partners

The Candidate:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK, no sponsorship will be available.
  • Degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience developing resin formulations for prepreg applications
  • Familiarity with analytical techniques used in resin development
  • Strong project management and presentation skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
  • Industry experience in a similar role preferred
