Your new company A growing company known for delivering premium systems and products. Their reach extends throughout UK and Ireland, with a significant portion of business stemming from export orders to organizations and projects worldwide. They are currently going through a period of growth and are keen to recruit a Quality Manager to join the team. Your new role The Quality Assurance Manager will lead the quality assurance (QA) department, ensuring that all products and processes meet the company’s high standards and comply with ISO 9001 accreditation. This role will involve managing and improving quality processes across the business, including handling non-conformances and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality inspections, audits, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Mon – Thurs 7.30am – 5pm and Fri until 2pm. There is some flexibility with the start times. What you’ll need to succeed 5+ years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing industry. Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems is essential. Proven track record of managing non-conformances and leading successful corrective action processes.
