About the Role

Engineering @365 is recruiting Panel Wirers for a growing engineering manufacturer in Tamworth. You’ll be working on mechanical and electrical assembly of high-quality machinery, following drawings and diagrams, wiring components, and helping build systems to exacting standards. Training is available for mechanical tasks if needed. This is a hands-on role in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Wire electrical components and panels
  • Work accurately from drawings, diagrams, and build instructions
  • Inspect and test assemblies to ensure quality and compliance
  • Assemble and fit mechanical components (training provided if required)
  • Keep the work area safe and organised
  • Support team improvements and production targets
