Engineering @ 365 is recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled Bench Hand Joiner to join their team based in Leicester Centre on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a bench hand joiner and experience working on bespoke projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Craft and assemble wooden components and structures with precision.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to produce accurate work.
- Operate various joinery machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure high-quality finishes on all projects.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet production deadlines.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
- NVQ qualification in joinery or a related field.
- Proven experience as a bench hand joiner.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Proficient in using joinery tools and machinery.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Competitive hourly rate between £14 and £16.
