Engineering @ 365 are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturer specialising in the design, build and testing of control panels and assembled electrical units for a range of industry sectors. This role is of key importance to the continued growth and quality standards of the business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing and fault-finding electrical control panels, with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving. You'll work closely with the production and engineering teams to ensure every panel leaving the factory meets the highest standards of safety and performance.
Responsibilities include:
- Testing and inspecting control panels and assembled electrical units
- Following and executing test procedures using both software and hardware
- Maintaining quality control procedures whilst adhering to safe working practices
- Liaising with production and engineering teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement
Experience required:
- Testing and fault-finding electrical control panels or assembled electrical units
- Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and schematics
- Good working knowledge of relevant health and safety and quality standards
- Computer literate, with the ability to communicate and record information effectively
