Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain all-tool fitting equipment, ensure equipment is safe before use and is also left safe for the next user.
  • Report all tool issues identified whilst tool fitting.
  • Control all production scrap & downtime; record the information on the ERP system.
  • Complete all BD set-ups in the required time scale.
  • Carry out first-off checks before production.
  • Report any tooling issues when completed.
