The Role

We’re working with a highly respected building restoration and conservation specialist in London to recruit a Quantity Surveyor (or an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor) to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering the chance to work on some of the capital’s most iconic and historically significant buildings.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in managing project costs, preparing bills of quantities (BOQs), and supporting the successful delivery of high-end conservation and restoration projects across London. You’ll be part of a collaborative and passionate team who take real pride in the quality and legacy of their work.

What’s On Offer

• Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience)

Note: We are also open to considering an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor, with a salary range of £30,000 – £40,000.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry
• Proven background in cost control, cost reporting, and budget planning
• Experience preparing BOQs and cost plans
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with project and conservation teams
• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Restoration or conservation experience is desirable, but not essential
