Project Manager
Location: St Asaph
Salary: £65,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
Contract Type: Permanent
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 42.75 hours/week
The Role
We’re working with a well-established construction business based in North Wales that is seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to join their team. This is a site-based role, delivering high-quality projects across a diverse portfolio within both public and private sectors.
As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading schemes from inception to completion, acting as the key client interface, and ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. You’ll manage supply chains, coordinate site teams, and drive performance while upholding health, safety, and compliance standards.
What You’ll Bring
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing construction projects
- A degree or HNC in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
- Valid SMSTS and First Aid certification
- Strong working knowledge of building regulations, contract administration, and compliance
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage subcontractors and internal teams
- A full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication, planning, and negotiation skills
- IT literacy and familiarity with project scheduling tools
