The Role: As a Hire Desk Controller, you’ll be a key contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding service delivery. Responsibilities include: – Handling hire desk operations, processing orders, and coordinating schedules for equipment and personnel. – Acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally. – Ensuring resource availability and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs.
