The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Estimator to join our client’s building maintenance and construction division, providing a competitive and accurate tendering function for projects up to £10m. Based in Lincoln, you’ll support a wide range of new build, refurbishment, and maintenance projects across multiple sectors.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a well-established regional contractor with a strong pipeline of repeat business and long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Bring
- Proven background in estimating within construction, covering both refurbishment and new build projects
- Strong understanding of CDM 2015 Health & Safety requirements, contractual awareness, and modern methods of construction
- Experience overseeing both traditional and Design & Build tenders
- Skilled in appraising tender documents, subcontract and material enquiries, and producing detailed bills of quantities
- Knowledge of risk and value management, cost planning, and tender adjudications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and experience with specialist estimating software
- Experience procuring subcontract packages across varying values
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
- A relevant construction-related qualification (HNC, Diploma, or Degree) is desirable but not essential
