This is a wide‑ranging and dynamic position suited to a commercially focused marketing professional who thrives on managing multiple projects, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and delivering joined‑up marketing activity across both B2B and B2C audiences. You will operate as an internal account lead, working closely with various business teams to design and execute impactful marketing, communications, and engagement strategies.

The Role

Within the in‑house marketing team, you will contribute to a broad mix of campaigns and initiatives spanning digital marketing, content development, print production, events, and performance reporting. A key part of your responsibility will be ensuring all activity is delivered on time, within budget, and in line with overall business objectives. The role also requires a solid understanding of the residential estates and wider property sector, along with the ability to interpret marketing data and turn insights into practical actions that improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing internal stakeholder relationships and serving as a primary marketing point of contact across the organisation.
  • Planning, coordinating, and delivering integrated campaigns across digital, print, events, and corporate communications.
  • Overseeing the production of brochures, marketing materials, and other printed assets, working with design and production teams.
  • Supporting copywriting and content creation across multiple channels.
  • Organising events, exhibitions, and wider engagement activities with stakeholders.
  • Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
  • Tracking campaign performance and producing reporting, insights, and recommendations.
  • Analysing website and app data, including event‑driven analytics datasets.
  • Supporting ongoing improvements in marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in an Account Manager, Marketing Manager, Client Services, or similar role within marketing.
  • Background in the residential estates, property, housing, rentals or related industries.
  • Agency experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, digital communications, design, and campaign delivery.
  • Experience managing print production and marketing collateral.
  • Excellent copywriting and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Understanding of web and app analytics, particularly event‑based data structures.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

What We’re Looking For

  • You will be someone who is analytical and commercially minded, with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of tasks and projects.
  • Highly organised, dependable, and focused on delivery.
  • Confident managing multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
  • Interested in the rental and estates sector, with a commercially aware mindset.

Package

  • Salary circa £50,000.
  • Hybrid working model (2–3 days remote, 1–2 days in the office).
  • Opportunity to work across a diverse range of marketing, communications, digital, and event‑led projects.
  • Supportive and collaborative working environment.

If you have a strong background in marketing, understand the property sector, and enjoy working in a fast‑paced in‑house environment, we would be pleased to hear from you.
