We’re on the hunt for a brilliant Account Manager to join our close-knit creative studio, someone who loves great ideas, great people, and working with a mix of exciting brands and down-to-earth B2B clients. This is a role for someone who’s grown into their craft. You’ll be confident leading client relationships, comfortable juggling projects, and genuinely enjoy being part of a collaborative, supportive team where everyone rolls their sleeves up and gets stuck in. You’ll be the kind of person who spots a good idea straight away, but also knows how to shape it, challenge it, and make it even better with the team around you. You’re not afraid to speak up, share your thinking, and guide clients with clarity and confidence.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building strong, lasting relationships with a mix of brand-led and B2B clients
- Managing projects end-to-end across digital, social, print, and more
- Working closely with creatives to bring ideas to life, on brief, on time, and on point
- Helping shape proposals, pitches, and new opportunities
- Spotting ways to grow accounts and add value wherever you can
What we’re looking for:
- Solid experience in an agency or studio environment
- A good all-round understanding of marketing and branding
- Someone organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
- A natural communicator, friendly, clear, and professional
- A team player who enjoys being part of a smaller, collaborative environment
You’ll understand the difference between UX and CX, know when to push creative, when to refine tone of voice, and how to choose the right channels for the job. Most importantly, you’ll care about doing great work, and working with good people to make it happen. We’re a small team with a big passion for what we do. There’s no hierarchy for the sake of it here, just a group of people who enjoy creating smart, effective work together. You’ll have real input, real responsibility, and the chance to help shape both the work and the studio as we grow. If you’re looking for somewhere you can do your best work, feel valued, and enjoy the ride along the way, we’d love to hear from you.
